Approved Labor or EB2

I want to know as to what will be a good option;
I keep hearing that EB2 category will be full until december, if that is the case if I apply now, will I be able to apply I485 before the cut off date (presumbly Dec 2005)
I am not sure as to when can I apply for LC under PERM for EB2, do I have to put an ad for 3 months????
Can this process be expedited by putting multiple ads in multiple papers??
I really would like to know as to what will happen if I apply for EB2 now? will I be able to meet the cut off date?

Do you have EB-3 LC approved? It isn't clear from your descriptions.
Anyway, PERM preparations are always 2+ months (eg. August 20th ~ Oct. 20th). Should you get approved fast (eg. ~Nov. 1st) and EB-2 is available you can immediately file I-485. It is really cutting it close.
