I have an approved labor certification for the EB2 category and the attorneys are in the process of preparing and filing the I-140. I am in Orlando.
However, there are talks of closing down our offices here in orlando. IF this happens I am hoping I can transfer to the tampa, miami or atlanta offices.
However would such a transfer affect my overall petition???
In other words, can we proceed with a labor certification from orlando even though I am no longer in that office?? or would we have to restart the process?
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
