I have received the long awaited approval e-mails for myself and my wife. It has taken me almost 4 years to get to this point, I am simply glad that it is over. Good luck to everyone, hope you all get your approvals soon.

I still don't understand how come we are still waiting so long after RFE...Just curious to see whether Attorney really send the correct documents or just an extension kind of letter to make it see like CIS received RFE .

Any thoughts ? I work for a small consulting company, little suspicious about the Management / Attorney relation to make my processing slower.

All we can do is believe them and wait. I have been having hard time since DEC-04 when the RFE was raised even my att took more than a month to send the RFE response and I had to follow up every day and since the RFE was sent I am just checking the status and waiting. I am saturated.

What is the status of your LUD's how many times it was updated after receipt of the RFE response.Other centers are moving their dates but NSC is two years behind CSC.If the dates are current we can atleast find out the status or try to expidate it.
