My case has been approved. I thought on March 31st that I will not look at the status for month of April. Today however, I needed to talk to my lawyer about some important stuff and I had to check the status. I had prepared myself mentally to look at the same message but then to my utter surprise, it was approved yesterday.
My journey:
Initiated the process in Jan 2001
Labor cert RD March 13th 2001
Labor approved in August 2001,
I140 filed and approved after an RFE in about 3 months.

1st FP May 13 2002,
RFE reply recvd by BCIS July 30, 2003
Second FP Sep 3 2003 (done a week early)
Approval date Apr 7, 2004
Was working on my thrid EAD till now.
I wish to thank all of you and especially all the members who take pains to reply to other fellow memebers queries. Last but not the least I wish to thank Mr Rajeev Khanna who has provided such a wonderful forum.
I, however, call me whatever, do not consider BCIS worthy of thanks. I don't think this approval has been timely.
Anways, one hurdle is out of the way.
