Hi Friends,

Finally I am approved after a long journey. Thanks for the wonderful support this portal has extended .There is so much knowledge floating here ,it is just unbelievable.

I got approval email.

EB2 NSC, Jan'03.
PD 07'01.
I140 AD 07'02.
I485 RD 06'03.
I485 ND 07'03
FP1 02'03
EAD1 02'03

EAD2 01'04
FP2 11'04.

3 H1's. No change in employer, No RFEs.

no LUDs before approval--

As an addendum to my last post,there were no LUDs since my application except twice. First when I had filed ( 570-600 days,,...) and second when I had changed address(..we responded to ur request....._)

There was no update on FP1, FP2 and anything.

I agree!

I feel that, everyone ,whoeosever in doubt of anything, should go through this wonderful portal ,which helps to prepare the documents.
I am sure when you are encountering unknowns, it is best to prepare with what you can and what you have!

For me personally ,it was this portal and wonderful people here.Its amazing.

what is your RD?

Is your RD June'03 or Jan'03? In the title it is Jan but your RD is June'03.

Do you think the 3rd EAD Application did the trick?
 
3rd EAD is not yet approved!!!

I got FP2 after 5 days of application of third EAD.....I am not sure what triggered FP2.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like we are seeing activity for the first fortnight of 1/03. Now if only they move to the second fortnight.... ;)
