Approved I140 and EAD

Hi all

I just heard from one of my friends who was told by his lawyer(good source) that it is being considered to pass a new rule of getting EAD after I140 is approved since they know that 485 is retrogressed and cannot be filed.

Has anyone else heard any news like this ?

I haven't heard anything like that.Are they talking about the idea or trying to implement the rule?

This (allowing to file I-485, EAD, AP even during PD retrogression) maybe a part of CIR bill - I am not sure if the same will be tabled this year.
