My sister has an approved I130, my mum with a GC filed for her so now she's waiting for visa number to be available which may take 5 years. She's lives outside the country but married to a US citizen now.
1. Since she already has an approved I130 through mum can her husband apply for her using the approved petition or does he have to submit another petition for her?
2. If her husband can't apply for her using the already approved I130, will her case be faster now that she's married to a US citizen or will it remain in the same queue?
