I have an HIB petition (I-797B) approved back in August 2009 and was valid from 10/01/2009 - 05/18/2012. I didn't stamp the visa and never used it.
Currently in US on L2S. I am looking for provisions to activate the old H1B and apply for change of status from L2S.
Please advise.
