Yes I did on Mar-16 and called IIO this week and she told me my case was assigned to officer on Jun-27, but I can not believe that word.

waiting for my approval.

Did you talk to IIO recently about your case?.

Please let me know whether i need to send any fax inquiry
since it\'s already 3 months passed after my FP.

Thanks Pachai. It was your message in the forum due to which I have gone to Salinas ASC for FP otherwise, I would have waiting for rescheduled FP notice. I did talk to IIO few weeks ago but at that time she said your case is still pending. I have asked my Attorney to send fax inquiry. I don\'t know whether Fax Inquiry moved my file. I guess it is better to send a FAX inquiry.

I did send a fax inquiry yesterday to INS and hoping to get an
answer. I did it myself since i have no lawyer for me right now.

Do you know how long it takes before i get to hear from INS about
the status of 485?.
