My Wife\'s I-485 was approved on 26th Nov, we had send our application on 21st Jan 2001.
Mine was a unique case - since - last year I had to go back to H1 from EAD and AP in order to get married. We got married in India on 12th Nov, 2000 and came to USA on 10th Dec on H1 and H4 respectively.
Meanwhile after entering the country I learnt that my GC was approved on 21st Nov while I was outside the country.
My lawyer asked me to file the I-485 for my wife since we were married before my GC was approved.
