Approved i-140 LUD changed with i-485 application

Hello All,

My case is AC21(after 1 1/2 years), I had replied to RFE on Dec 2003, After that i had not received any information from USCIS. Today 1-140 and I-485 LUC changed at the same time and my spouse's case is still remained unchanged.

can any one has seen in the forum has experienced this before??

If so can any of you please provide your valuable thoughts???

why did I140 LUD changed!!!

Please check if your employer has revoked I140, if so I485 also gets affected. If that is not the case then you would see approval or another RFE very shortly.
 
Hi rajudm.

I didnt had a good relation with my previous employer. I did AC21 around 7 months back and replied to USCIS(Dec 2003) with the EVL and AC21. Couple of months back, I even got my 3rd EAD approved as well. Then there was no LUD for I-140 from Jun 2001.

So now I am concerned about the I-140 LUD changes, Again today I-140 date changed today.I 485 didnt LUD changed today

when i asked my attorney, he said, unless the I-140 status never changes, i need not worry of it.

Hi glenmd,

Could you please give me some information on AC21. I changed my company a month ago. My lawyer suggested me to apply AC21. I don't know much detail information about AC21. What are the things we need to submit, format of the letter(s) and the address to which we have to send !!! Is it applying AC21 is going to be delayed the processing of 485 !!!

Did you change your job after 180 days of 485 and with approved 140?
Because according to rules you cannot change job if your 140 is pending.

My attorney submitted the following

1. Covering letter of AC21. (I too dont have this as my attorney presented it).

2. Employment letter(which i have provided you below)

Above are the 2 documents, my attorney sent them.
