The interesting point about this case is the company is a tiny co. employing just 7-8 guys and out of 'em only 2-3 are on H1-B. On top of that , the current salary was lesser than that mentioned in the labor by about 8 k.

The lawyer had to prepare a very elaborate reply to the RFE. The chances looked slim on the outside considering the size of the company and the fact that there was a salary diff.


But all went well ....

It just goes to show that our fate depends a lot on the skills or otherwise of our dear attorneys ! An inexperinced attorney might have not been able to succeed here.
