Can someone please help me with these questions:
1) If Labor is filed with less than 365 days remaining for 6 yr completion and if Labor gets cleared. Can one file for 7th year extension?
2) If one gets 3 yrs extension (after comletion of 6 yrs and having valid I-140 from company A), can that 3 yrs extension be used to trasfer to a new company B, where new GC is applied through Company B
3) My Old priotity date with Company A is Jan 1, 2003 on EB3 category. I have I-140 cleared through Company A. Also, I have also done MS now, If I file for a new GC with Company B, Can I somehow use the old PD of Company A ?
