Hi there all.
My question is this:
I am on an EB1 , L1A visa which is due to expire in August this year but I have just had my I-140 approved and already have my AP and EAD and have done all fingerprinting and Biometrics. Do I have a problem when my L-1A expires when I have an approved I-140 on hand?
Can I travel freely and return without hassle after my L-1a expires in August, taking note that I have an approved I-140 and AP in hand?
Thanks

Yes. Since you have an EAD for working and AP for travel, you have already adjusted your status. In fact your L1 is no longer valid. You now need to use your EAD for employment and AP for travel. You are all set. Good luck with your I485 approval!
