I have a different case. Let me know if anyone of you have been to such a situation. My I-140 was approved in Nov 2000. But I didn't file my 485 as my priority date was not open. I changed my job in Apr 2001. I filed for LC in April 2002. But because of the go slow (or no go) in New York state, the labour is not moving at all. Now I am thinking whether my OLD I-140 can be used anyway (I don't know about the status whether my prev company has revoked 140 or not). I have a copy of my approved I-140. Let me know if and how can I use the old I-140 and file 485.
