approved for myself and wife ND 08/01/03

I-485 ND 08/01/03 (non concurent filings), FP1 Oct 1, Newark. LUD's a couple of times. in the last month (latest 2 times on the 21st and 23rd of this month).

Got approval notice toady dated Nov 21st. It was post marked Nov 23 in vermont. The online message still says waiting to be approved.

This is great news. Just looked at my priority date it is Dec 15, 1997. So a 7 year journey is finally over.

Good luck to everybody. I dont think I would have been able to complete my journey without all the people on this forum and the wonderful advice that everybody gives. Thank you.

Me too gave the FP on oct 1 and the LUD got changed twice after (on 10/6 and 11/11). Can you please post the message still you get from the BCIS site. I am just curious on what that message would be.

As far as i know your card will be ordered after u go for stamping, they need FP of u rindex fringer and also ur pics which they will take when u go for stamping.


Could you tel me ur LUD change dates after FP recd one, specially last one before approval.

mine is 09/262003 ND and did FP on oct 28th, got FP recd by them on 11/04 and had lud on 11/09 and 11/11, did not hear back anything after that, just trying to see what happaned with u may happan with me or not.

The message is basically: "On 10/05/03 we received FP ... processing has resumed on your case ..."

FP-2 10/21/04 ND 3/27/03 Lud change my wife only 11/8 and again for my wife 11/23 this time mine also change on 11/23 but no message. I am the primary applicat why change for my wifes first :confused: Chubber Singh have lot of posts on this site and i think u have lot of exprience. my case also almost along with you so would you like to keep in touch if so please write me at my email add. rafi20@hotmail.com
