Approved for Me but Spouse case did not get Touched

Got the mail from USCIS saying you I-485 has been approved, (Just for me)

1) My spouse’s case has not been touched
2) Priority date on my approval Notice is Feb , xx , 2007 which is not correct my Priority date is July, xx 2003

Any body in the mentioned situations?

Both me and my spouse
EB3 - India
PD : July xx, 2003 original LC I am the Primary applicant
I-140 / 485 RD : Feb xx, 2004
I-140 / 485 ND : Mar xx, 2004
Few FP’s Done, I don’t remember the Dates of my head at this moment

I-140 AD : Aprxx, 2005 just for me Primary applicant
I-485 AD : Jul xx, 2007 just for me
