A akc1 New Member May 4, 2003 #6 I-140 Approved RD: 04-Jun-2002 AD: 01-May-2003 Category: EB2 I-485 was applied in Aug 2002. EAD approved in Dec 2002. Lawyer called IIO last week to check on the status and it was approved on May 1st. Goodluck everyone.
