Hi All,

My I-140 has been approved finally on May 2nd!!!!!

Mail Date - 05/09/02
RD - 05/11/02
AD - 05/02/03

I-485 filed concurrently in Sept.

Looks like VSC is picking up pace.

Congrats Lucky!

I think you should be relieved because it took 1 year to get this approval!!!
Have you ever tried to contact BCIS and talk to the IIO's..

I was relieved :D

But having the EAD and AP, kinda eased the agony of having to wait so long.

I guess in that sense, we are truly lucky!

I-485 was applied in Aug 2002.
EAD approved in Dec 2002.

Lawyer called IIO last week to check on the status and it was approved on May 1st.
