Approved, Finally!!!!

Hi guys: I just received an e-mail from my laweyer...my 140 is approved. It doesn\'t give details; I had checked the AVM last Thursday and at that time it still was playing 30-60 days message.
But here are some details of my case:

RD April 3, 2001
ND June 4, 2001
Lawyer sent enquiry to INS about a month ago
Approved Lawyer received approval 10/23/01
WAC is 01-201-5XXXX

i am still waiting for my 140 EB2 rd 3/29 nd 4/11..

h1b1, why are you insisting on your eb2 approval? if you get your eb2 approval, do you file 485 once again? can we do that? can two 485 applications be processed for one person? or if you file using eb2, then old petition with eb3 will gets canceled?
I saw that you got your 485 receipts also. does it make any difference between eb2 and eb3 applications in 485 stage too?

i am not going to apply again. i am going to ammend my eb3 485 with eb2. eb2 is faster than eb3 i belive

thanks h1b1, you mean you will replace your eb3 petition with eb2, but will have same rd and nd. got it. good luck.

thanks. my lawyer told me like that. she made three fax inquiries sofar with out my request. she is very good and well experienced.
What is your status. When are you planning to apply 485
