I decided not to be happy when i get get my approval but couldn\'t resist to post here. I will thank all of you to help me track the process.

Finally got aproved for me, my wife and my daughter\'s 485.

EB3 april 96 PD
3 years in labour.
ND Oct 1999
FP Mar 2001
RFE APR 12 received
RFE replied on 27th April
AVM updated for reciepts of RFE on 9th May
Approved today..

Thanks again to all of you. and would say that everyone\'s turn will come..

I can understand the pain of long wait but there is hardly anything you can do so, Suck it up all the bad episode of pre-gc process, take a break and start afresh, you are a free man. Enjoy ur life, Congrates and Good Luck.

Good Luck, as you have mentioned after such a long process, you almost have lost the enthusiasm to even celebrate an event which you have been waiting for such a long time. You defenitely deserve a break., Good Luck

I am also waiting since 1996. (3 years in Dept. of Labor, New Jersey)
