Hello All,
I just want to let you know that myself and spouses 485 had been approved on Thusday May 8th. I recieved welcome email and card production email from CRIS on 08th MAy.Sorry for posting late as my profile was disabled for some reason.

i-140 applied date 02/2006 approved 05/2006
MArch2008 2nd AP/EAD approved for both of us.We filed self on dec 17th 2007
h1b/h4 expiring on may31st 2008 were thinking of applying for 3 years extension on may 15th
It is actually a long story that started in 2002.
The most recent updates on my case are
April 2007 my Spouse got an RFE DOB/i-94/color photo copies of DL etc
july 2007 I got teh same query RFE DOB/i-94/color photo copies of DL etc
Sep 27 there were LUDS on the both of our cases.
After that no activity on our cases but in november 2007 we had an
LUD on i-140
I opened an SR at NSC in DEc 2007 and they told me to wait till I get an response from them which I never got.I was planning to take an info pass appointment in MAy first week.
Then we recieved our second Finger print notice on may 6th 2006 at Philadelhia ASC.We thought it is long time from now after the finger prints.
I was checking if there is any LUDS after the finger prints but there were none on 6/7 may.I was little weary.
Then on 8th I recieved emails that our cases are approved.
I wish to all old timers to get there approvals soon.
