I checked the avm this evening and according to avm my case has been approved and a notice has been mailed on May 21st. Here are the details regarding my case:

Added my wife to my application on 5/01. I chose Councelor processing for her since she was finishing her college outside the country.
RFE updated 8/01 (INS was back logged due to i245 and antharax scare)
Case Denied 10/01 (Due to abadonment. INS claimed they never received response to RFE)
Filed Motion to Reopen 11/01 (90 days normal processing time. Sent 3 faxes after the case was beyond normal processing time).
Case Reopened 5/20/02
Approved 5/21/02 as per avm
The message has not changed for my wife\'s case but I am hopeful that it will get approved soon, if not already approved.
