Was wondering if me and my family is eligible to travel to US from India since we have IV visas issued on 13th Feb and valid till 30th July, we have also paid USCIS fees for the green card, we were actually supposed to travel on the 17th April but could not due to lockdown and suspension of all international flight services.
The Executive order in section 1 & 2 is a little dicey to read :-
• we have valid Immigration visas issued before the proclamation.
• we have received the sealed immigration document envelope to be handed over to border control immigration officer.
• we have paid for the USCIS green card fees before the proclamation.
• we were supposed to travel before the proclamation.
BUT
• we don’t have any type of travel document, like Advance Parole
Refugee travel document
Re-entry permit
Carrier documentation
looking for your comments and suggestion on this.
