08/30/07 there is a LUD but no change in message

09/03/07 Current Status: Approval notice sent on 1st Sept.

09/04/07 Card and welcome notice received in mail.

Congrats! btw, I am just wondering... I saw you were from VA if I am correct. I am from VA too. I applied my LC (EB2) on 6/2002 and got approved in 12/2005. You applied 140 at 6/2004 which means your LC got approved before this date. How come your LC got approved so fast? Maybe you applied it from other states? which would make sense...

Just wondering ... also my 485 got approved two day ago.

Yes your guess is right.. I applied labour from DE as my employer is DE based and got approved in 2004 March.
