This forum has been a great source of information and provided much needed support for a long time in the long wait for GC. I received approvals for self and spouse for our I485 application recently
Below are the details -
Labor - RD may 2001, AD may 2003
140 - RD Sept 2003 (company lawyer asked for things that they had never asked before and that too at the last moment and then I had to spend months getting that information from India. Also lawyer refused to do consurrent filing), AD Mar 2005
485 - RD Jan 2005 (feel like my 140 got approved because of filing for 485, but who knows), RFE - 1st in Oct 2007 (EVL), 2nd in Mar (NSC needed all the proofs for legal stay), RFE rec'd Apr 14th, LUDs 14th and 15th Apr, AD - 24th Apr, card production ordered 25th April. Got approvals in mail for self and spouse. Waiting for physical card now.
