Finally my case is approved:
EB2/RIR/Concurrent no RFE
RD for all 09/19/02
ND for all 10/01/02
AD 11/24/03
AP/EAD/FP long ago. Including Sept'03 EAD Renewal
So the long march - at least (only this) this phase is over.

This was my second attempt 1st attempt ended after getting laid off before labor. This 2nd attempt- got laid off a month ago.
{Six years are over on H1 etc etc.- was almost packing to go to Canada }

In any case - like I had always said- have faith and be patient- it will eventually get done.

Got to wait for 485 now and find a job- AC21......

Congrats .In my case I got approval of I-140 almost one year after layoff. Just concentrate on finding job. Every thing goes fine. Keep job description and other details handy

Glad to see your approval without any RFE. Wish you luck in finding a AC21 compatible job... and hopefully your I-485 will be a stright approval too.
