Approved EB1-EA not reaching NVC

My EB1-EA case was approved without RFE on April 23, 2004. I chose CP on the I-140 form. USCIS indicated that case already sent to NVC on approval notice. Up till now and after almost 120 days, the approval notice has not reached NVC. NVC has confirmed this in a letter. Any idea as to what could or should be done? I am raising this problem on this forum as the forum has been helpfull to me in the past.

Jim, your thought would also be appreciated.

I am a new user of this forum. I was looking for a successfull case in EB1-EA category. I would really appreciate if you could share your credentials so that i can have some idea as to what is required in this category (besides what is listed everywhere),
