Approved EB-3 World in less than 3 months

Hi guys,

I like to say all of you that we got magic e-mails (Card production ordered e-mail) today morning.

I thought we have to wait few years to get approval on our i485 cases. We were told our security clearance is fine couple of weeks ago.

I think if your name check and FBI finger prints are fine, then you will get approvals pretty soon. You do not even have to wait till October, 07.

Our details are following;

EB3-WORLD @ TSC
PD: July 2004
Got H1B-Oct. 2003 (was in F1 status before)
Valid H1B for another two years
I-485 RD: June 5, 2007
I-485 AD: Aug. 9, 2007
1st FP (CODE3): given July 5, 2007
I-485 LUDs: 7/5, 7/6, 7/10, 7/26 and *****8/9-card production ordered***
I-765 for my wife: RD June 5, 2007
I-765 for my wife: AD Aug 3, 2007
Got EAD card for my: Aug 8, 2007
No LUDs for I-765 till it was approved

FBI finger printing and name check clear: according to IO @ service center and Info Pass

I'll give you little bit advice: Please do not try to call at service centers all the time and go crazy when they tell you garbage (usually they do not really care what they say). If you really want to find about your case, take Info Pass and see an IO.
Never write to Senator, FL or any body. But I called only couple of times to IO and got tired of what they told me. Then stop calling them and got only one time Info Pass.

My details are - PD Oct 2003.I'm EB3 ROW.My LC got approved in November 2005, I was about to file the two forms but neeeee the retro hit.I got approval on my I-140 in July 2006 and this June 2007 I filed I-485.I got my AP on July 11 2007 a month after filing.Made FP July 13 2007, hopefuly next week I'll get approval too.To good to be true !!!!To good!!!!

i would see, if your security clearance is fine (both FBI and name checks), you will get the approval soon.

Congratulations!!!!! This is really great news and you must be feeling very happy, why not!!! You deserve it after a long wait.

I am also in the same boat as I filed I-140 and I-485 (along with EAD and AP) in June 2007. 140, EAD and AP got approved in July 2007 and I always thought that since VISA numbers for 2007 are over and we have to wait until October 2007 at least and see if our PD becomes current? But after looking at your case, it appears that theer is some hope that our case might get approve as well?

Couple of questions for you
a) How can I find out if Name Check is cleared, my FP (code-3) was done on 7/14/2007?
b) Is there anyway to find out if a VISA number was assigned to my case and it might get clear prior to Oct 2007?

Appreciate any information you can provide.

Congratulations!!!!

This is really amazing and I would say that you are very very .. lucky. This is the first case I have ever heard that was processed in less than 3 months after applying for I-1485..

though I have written EB3, actually I need to verify it with my attorney. he was going to try to file it in EB2 but I am not sure.. (I do have 8 years of experience but my experience after bachelor degree is not 5 years)
