Congrats! A friend is preparing a case in the same category. Can you post or PM me details of your case? e.g. citations, publications, field of research etc?

Thanks for the best wishes Jai. Tuhari Jai ho.

pcc I think the most important qualifier for approval in OR category is a permanent position in academia or industry. The applicant must satisfy that criteria plus the extraordinary prong.

Enclosures I had while filing under EB-1

1. I had a permanent position as Assistant Professor.
2. I made available 18 recommendation letters from UK, USA, India and Canada.
3. All mine and my families DOB certificates were attested by mine and my wife's parents from India on stamp paper.
4. I was in the editorail board of 3 journals got letters from the Journals.
5. Had complete list of my paper citations.
6. Attached front copies of all the abstracts published in attending conferences.
7. Had 25 full published manuscripts and 3 book chapters (enclosed copies of each).
8. Had 2 Travel awards and 2 grants in my name.
9. Enclosed CV's of the referees who wrote recommendation letters for me as well.
10. I got letters from all the societies I was member highlighting the societies role in modern day science.
11. All certificates which were not in english were translated in english and notorized.
12. Finally I had no RFE's no problem what so ever and the entire process of approval took 1.6 months.
