Both of our cases, (me & my wife) are approved, according to AVM as well as online message. It was a long painful journey! Thank God! Finally it is over. Hopefully, I do not have to deal with this Organization (!) at least for few years. Now, waiting for the approval notice.
I last spoke to an IIO on Jan. 28, ’03. At that time, it was still pending and was not even assigned to an officer. IIO acknowledged that she was not sure why it was still pending since it was such an old case. She told me that she was going to inform her supervisor. Then on Feb 5th 03, it was approved.
Here is my case details :
EB1-EA (self petitioned)
I-140 approved at TSC on July, 2000
Moved, joined a new company, and submitted I-485 on December, 2000 at NSC
RD – December 7, 2000
ND – December 15, 2000
1st FP – March 20, 2001
RFE – July 2002, replied on September 2002
2nd FP – December 13, 2002 (However, did in advance on November 19, 2002)
AD – February 5, 2003.
Thanks to Rajiv Khanna for this board. It was a tremendous help throughout this process, specially for me, since I did everything by myself. Thanks to all of you for always providing valuable information.
