Update: spouse case approved yesterday. EAC-02-077-52XXX.
Here is my info,

PD - 09/2000
RD - 12/18/2001
ND - 01/04/2002
FP - 08/2002
NO RFEs
AD - 06/24/2003
EAC-02-077-52XXX
spouse with same RD still pending

questions,
1. will leave current apt (paying $$$ for this apt only to avoid RFE, sigh. Can I bring AR-11 form with me when stamping? Or I still need to call BCIS to change my address for them to mail me the plastic card? Will this address change delay my card or even trigger another RFE (though I don't think so)?

2. Is courtesy copy OK for stamping (Virginia case)?

1. I think now u can vacate that apt. While stamping give the new address.

2. You can go for stamping with courtesy copy.
