This is my first post, although I have been visiting this forum for quite a long time. Both my and spouse's cases were approved in last week. The approval notices were received on last Saturday. Here are the details:
EAC02059 …
RD: 11/07/2001
ND: 12/10/2001
FP1: 03/08/2002
FP2: 07/15/2003 (done on schedule, notice was received around one month back)
AD: 08/20/2003 (approval notice was received on 08/23/2003)
RFE: No RFE on my case. A RFE had been generated on spouse’s case for medical exam on 05/29/2003, and reply was received by BCIS in mid of June.
An interesting thing of online case updating: after the second FP, the spouse’s case status was updated showing FP result was received by BCIS. However, my online status had never been changed until the final approval …
