My wife and my I485 cases have been approved on June 15, 2004, but
my daughter's case has not been approved yet.

Thanks all of you and who provide this site.

My Last updated date was changed by June 9, 2004, and it was changed today, June 16, 2004 again.

No RFE and No 2nd FP for us.

Wow...December 02 case got approved. Congrats man...BTW did you received email from INS that your case was approved? Hopefully your daughters approval will come soon.

Yes, I received 4 emails from USCIS at 10:01 AM today.
2 for my wife and 2 for me, but they are identical for my wife and me.

Coincidently my ND is the same as yours. (EAC030895XXXX)

My Last updated date was changed on June 14, 2004.

Don't know what happens now.

Congratulation KIH.

LUD is changing for lots of Jan '03 folks. If name check is complete along with unexpired FPs and other things are fine, I think they are straight approving. Its good news that CIS decided not to issue too many RFEs as they were to doing until recently.

I thought I would receive 2nd FP notice because my previous online message was "... pending review." versus my wife's "... resumed ...".
I think it is not issue any more as long as my case.

Is it possible to approve a I485 case without doing Finger Printing at all ? :D :D :D .

My spouse's LUD got changed on 6/14/04 :) and My I485 is still gathering dust. :mad: :mad: :mad:

What is the next step after I 485 approval notice

Can anyone list the next steps after the approval .


Do you have to get your passport stamped ,
How do u get the Plastic card ?

If my understanding's correct, they changed the Last Updated Date on your case first but indeed updated the content one week later, is that true?

The reason I'm asking is that my own Last Updated Date is now set to today, June 16 but the message is still the old one about FP1 done in 2002 (I've done FP2 on May 20).

I can't say what VSC's processing procedure is, but I can say below,

When I made USCIS account, my LUD was 05/01/2003.

On June 9 2004, I found my LUD was changed for that date after watching Sanga's posting.
But, my online message was the same, "On April 2, 2003 .... pending review."

This morning, I have received Emails from USCIS.
It said my case has been approved, so I loged in USCIS site and found my message and LUD had been changed.
