last update date before approval was 3 days after the RFE recived i.e 04/15/2004.

1.emp verification letter
2.Last 2 months pay stubs
3. last 2 years W-2 and tax returns
4.birth cert
5.copy of all relevent passport pages
6. copy of all I-797(H1B) approval notice

Please post which center you went to for your second FP. I'm a July 2002 filer and still anxiously waiting for my FP2 notice at the Philadelphia ASC.

I did my second FP in Seattle,
i have moved to seattle a year back for a project.

sb_tiger,
No had not subitted by Birth Cert at time of filling,
i did not have it at that time,
later i got one from Indian consulate in San francisco, and also got affidiavites from my parents and relatives .
