Approved !! At last !

We got a New Year surprise when we saw that our cases were approved after 1 1/2 years. In fact I was waiting for an RFE of sorts as I had switched companies under AC21 law, but got approved without any !!

My details are below

PD : Dec 5, 2001
RD : June 17, 2002
ND : June 23, 2002
Approved : Dec 31, 2003
FP : Dec 20, 2002

Good luck to all others waiting eagerly for thier turn. May the New Year bring reprive to our patience.

Congrats. Nice to hear AC21 got approved without RFE.
When did you switch jobs and what AC21 procedure you followed. Did your location/center etc change because of job change?

I switched jobs during March 2003. I did not send a letter or inform VSC about the switch. I guessed that if one switches jobs using EAD then he/she is bound to get an RFE. So why inform ?. Moreover, How do you inform them is the question ? There are no definite forms like AR-11.

I know there are a lot of suggestions in this forum to send a letter to VSC. But, I thought the best way was for them to find out and send an RFE and I would reply appropriately.

Another factor might have been that both my previous and current employers are well established and reputed.

My address and job locations were unchanged during the switch.
