Praise to God my case has been approved as per the online message. Details are
ND - April 15 '02
FP1 - June 1 '02
FP1 Recv - June 5 '02
FP2 - Dec 26 '03, I went on Dec 20 '02
Approval - Feb 17 '04
My wife's details are same as me

My case was a LC substitution case. I was worried about this fact though.
No RFE was generated. Stayed with the same employer all the while.
I'm from Long Island, new York. Any idea where we have to go for stamping ? Is it Federal Plaza in NYC ?
Another question, how long does ot take for the card to arrive after the stamping ?

Congrats.
INS people will mention where you have go for stamping. I think you will receive your approval notice by mail with in 10 days . Once you get the approval notice, you will need to take with you(Original), Passport, 2 photo copies, and I-94/s.

Meanwhile on Nov 6, 03, I applied for EAD and AP renewal. The online status says they are still pending. Don't know what will happen to them since I'm approved. Can I get my money (application fee) back ?
