Recent EB3 theory

Javed, check AVM after 8:00 pm or on weekends

I guess there is no pattern INS is following when approving cases by the EBs, it must depend on an individual case. I had a theory that if your case was straightforward and was put in via. a big recognized company then it will proceed faster, else it will take more time. However, thats not true either, my colleague who is a PhD, EB2, Georgia, with ND in Mid December 2000, is still waiting.

Well, I hope every ones AD time will come soon, it was indeed a long process to get here from the time I started as an F-1. However, with good health and motivation we need to move forward and take full benefit of the opportunities abound.

Now its time for me to decide what shall i do with my Canadian GC :)
 
Received the approval letter. Myladoor pls. update my immitracker entry

Received my approval letter yesterday on Jan 28, 2002. AD is Jan 23 2002.

In my case, things did move fast, I donno why (but definitely very good and exciting :) The turnaround time for my first and the subsequent EADs has been within 2 weeks.
