Hi all,

I heard the good news at last. Mine was EB1 case - I485 was filed in Nov \'98. FP done in June \'99. Received 1st RFE in Mar \'00. After responding received another RFE with a shocker (in Sep \'00)asking me to redo I140 as my company name changed(even when the Fed ID remained the same)

My lawyer responded to INS saying it is not correct and finally he turned out to be correct.

No news for a long time and a 2nd FP notice in January as more than 15 months had passed. And finally today heard the news from my lawyer.

congratulations! Is your case employer-sponsored EB1? I only heard this thing happends to EB2 or EB3 which involves labor certification.
