Case Denied in April, applied MTR
MTR Reopened in Aug
RFE in Aug 2003, responded by sep 2003

Why were you denied?
and what is MTR?
How did you do it?
Please help me I expect a denial soon!
 
Hi hassoon,

I hope you or anybody never get a denial. My denial was due to company merger, applied new I-140 and somehow old I-140 got revoked and 485 got messed up.

Why are u expecting a denial?

MTR is motion to reopen, you have to file a MTR within 30 days of denial.

For the benefit of all, could u share ur experiences - especially what led to your case being transferred? Did u change jobs? Did u inform BCIS proactively without getting RFE? Ur MTR details..

We all learn from each other's experiences. That is what makes this forum the best group of immigrants online!

Hi,

NO Job Change. Company got merged with other company. When I filed the EAD Renewal, the file got transfered from VSC to NSC. I never informed BCIS, I mean I had nothing to inform.
