Approved AC21 case after RFE

Today i got email both my case and my wife case approved. My green card story is very very sad story. But finally i got it.

I plan to go india this year i like to get stamping on passport anyone please give me details to get infopass.

Congratulations...

You don't need approval notice for an infopass appointment. Here is the link.. where you just give your zip code.. they will redirect you to select the date time .. However i heard somebody saying infopass dont work on weekends..(give a try anyway)

approval paper comes to your home 4-5 working days.. so you better... try to get appointment as soon as possible.

I scheduled an appointment through the link you had mentiond., I scheduled for both for myself and mywife. Initially it doesn't allow to make appointment for mywife and after that i deleted all cookies and clear temporary internet folder, it allows.

I changed my job and the title was senior technical specialist. But when i got the RFE i request my employer to change the job title in letter, he agreed and changed it. The salary is also less than 2000 what i actually mentioned in labor. i attached my 3 months payslip. Yesterday i got approval and i am very happy today and planning to go to india after 5 years. I am going to see my parents and family soon.

Did you intimate to INS when you changed your job using AC21. My friend is in a similar situation. What are the documents that you need to submit when you change a job using AC21. If the salary is more than what is stated in labor petition, is that a problem too?

When you submitted 3 months pay slip, INS would have known that you worked 2000 less than the one stated in labor, so I guess thats not a problem.

I didn't inform to INS, my attorney advise like that. I got the RFE after that only i informed to INS. I found sample letter for AC21 in the forum. Please do search you will get that letter format. Make sure that in the employment letter the job description and job title must be same. Talk to your attorney before filing AC21. You will get better idea.
