Hello all,
I wasn't sure where to post this so I went ahead and posted it here.
My 485 was approved in April and on the very next day we moved out of the place and took up a new job in a new state. I had sent in my AR11 form with a change of address information and talked to the (UCIS) customer service person confirming the change of address and requested her to send the Welcome letter adn all the approval documents to the new address. For doing so she asked me to wait for 30 days and call them back if I haven't recieved the documents.
I called them back after 30 days and they said they were going to mail them soon. Again the conclusive statement of the rep was to call them back if I haven't recieved the papers/documents within 30 days of time. Its been over three weeks now and I still have not recieved the documents. This is driving me crazy and was wondering if there was another way to get the documents. Meaning is there a place I can go personally and get the documents.
Any help on this is highly appreciated.
