I have a question as following. I'm in China and my wife in USA now. We married in Aug.2001. My wife back to USA in Sep.2001 with F-1 visa and applied for 485 in Apr.2002. She also applied for 824 for me at the same date. On March 11 2004,her petition for 485 was approved and my petition for 824 was approved on March 12. Because she was applied for EB11 and no interview after approval. She sealed I551 on her passport last week. My question is A)What is the following process of my case? B)How long could I get my immigrant visa in Guangzhou China from my case approved in BCIS?

I suggest you to ask your wife to contact a lawyer. It is worth it.
