My wife have been aproved today 12/16, my case still pending though ( we applied together) i am the main applicant !!!!!!!!

Dear Ashgajo:

Congratulation to your wife. You no need to worry. As INS's worksheet shows. They first approved you, then your wife inside INS. They are still waiting for your background checking ( or another word, name checking). There are lots of case like you in this forum. I am exactly like you, having waiting for 8 months already.

Did your wife re-do medical in RFI ?

Was your wife able to access her case status online these days ? LUD changes ?

The medical we did in the RFI was the first time we submit our medicals, and yes i couldn't check her status since 12/14.

Can you please tell us the exact message she got from the USCIS?

She got two emails both of them are the same:-
