Got the approval emails at 9:30 AM EST. I see a little momentum shift from 8/19/2006 LUD to Oct 2006 LUD cases. Thanks again to musiclover and other members of this forum. I hope, in future, USCIS will change the way they process I-1485, EAD & AP applications.

Call NSC: 07/23/2007. IO told me that I’ve got 50/50 chance of getting approval before they run out of Visa Numbers. I believe it's a standard answer.

Thanks get_gc04. Do you have any idea how long it will take to receive the approval letter and then the actual physical card? My EAD is expiring in couple of weeks and NSC is not even processing EADs within 90 days. Can I continue work based on the approval email or letter?

It will take about a week to get the card...as most of the approved people got. You can definitely continue to work since your GC is already approved. Nothing to worry about now. You should get your Card before your EAD expires.:)

hi

I had LUD 01/07 that was for the SR that I initiated. No LUD afte that. I also had RFE on 07/13/2007 for birth. About NC, when I called Cust serivce and initiated SR, I first got the reply in 12/2006 that case is pending visa avail. then I called on 07/05/07 I got response that case will be processed soon. They have a lot of pending cases to process. Thats it.
