Hi:

I am glad to let you all know that my Case got approved along with my son on June 03 2004.

I was out of US when I was approved. Entered via AP without any issues.

Went to SFO for stamping.

Looks like my wife got an RFE. I was the primary applicant, so it would be for her medicals.

My Green Card journey started with I-140 applied in Oct 2001. Filed 485 in March end of 2002.

I left my sponsoring company after 24 months i.e very recently. I didn't inform USCIS (advice from my lawyer). I was expecting an RFE, but got approved without any RFE.

My I140 was approved under EB1 (Multinational Manager) category.

Thanks to this Board and all members & specially to Rajiv Khanna for staging this Portal.

I am sure everyone waiting shall get approved shortly.
