Approvals seem to be coming first for non CA residents.

Earlier we had two Phoenix residents approval in June ND and now J CCC from Atlanta GA with June ND has been approved. So may be we are still waiting for CA resident approval in June ND.

And there is some process in INS which is helping non CA residents.
