Approvals Per Month--?

Are the number of approvals consistent or does it vary month-to-month? My RD is 12/01 and I am trying to do some analysis as to when my case will finally reach an officer.

It's a useless undertaking, indeed

The VCS started processing July's cases in April... What I guessed back then is quite different from the way it's gone.
Do it for a practice sake and then, throw it in the garbage.
 
Only INS and God know

Even few August cases were approved in April as per rupnet. So no prediction holds true for INS
