Approvals ?? ND after March 2000

The discussions here seem to indicate that there are two queues for processing I-485s at VSC namely
1) ND prior to March 2000 and
b) ND later than March 2000.

If this is true, is there anybody who has a ND after March 2000, have completed their FP and have received 485 approval.

The persons who applied(any country) post Mar/2000 will not get any approvals until the INS starts processing the RD/ND of Mar/2000. They would have the other processing done before that like Finger printing etc, but there will not be any approvals until INS starts approving the RD/ND of Mar 00.

In the first thread the persons from India and China are behind the other country applicants because their cases are seperated earlier and are in a different thread. They should get their approvals first before they start approving the Mar 00 cases.
This is just my analogy based on some attorney\'s notes.
