Approvals based on FP?

Friends,

Today, my attorney told me that they are approving cases that would expire their FP dates (which is, I guess 15 months). My FP date is 03/00. So, does it mean my approval will take a long time?

(EB3, IN, PD 01/96, ND 05/99). Anybody in the same boat?

I think VSC has a chance to progress strictly by 485 RD. This is because they stopped sending FPs in Feb or March of 99 and resumed only early this year. So there aren\'t that many applications that would get into the FP redo cycle jeopardy. So they should get to your application in the order of your RD. I am not too concerned. My details RD 4/1/99, ND 4/29/99. I am expecting something in the next two to three months time frame. Let\'s see.
